Henan Wolong Coating Technology Co., Ltd.

In December 2021, Nanyang Wolong Paints Co., Ltd. entered into a strategic partnership with Hubei Yiqiao Holding Group Co., Ltd. to establish "Henan Wolong Coating Technology Co., Ltd." in the Guanzhuang Industrial Zone of Nanyang City. The Company offers a wide range of products including water-based coatings, high-solid coatings, and powder coatings, utilizing advanced DCS distributed control automation systems and SIS emergency safety systems. Additionally, RTO zeolite wheel incineration purification equipment is installed to ensure environmental protection and safety throughout the production process.

 

Looking to the future, Wolong Coating plans to continue increasing its investment and implement a strategy of "cluster, extend the supply chain, and expand scale." The Company plans to acquire another 200 mu of land and invest RMB 568 million to construct the "Wolong Phase II" project. Once Phase II is operational, Wolong Coating will establish a national hub for design, research and development, production, and marketing. The combined annual production capacity for coatings will reach 220,000 tons, positioning the Company as a billion-level player in the coatings industry cluster, making a significant contribution to the development of the coatings sector.

1954

Since its establishment in 1954, Nanyang Paints and Chemical Factory has weathered challenges and steadily grown.

1982

In 1982, under the leadership of Factory Director Li Guobao, who demonstrated unwavering belief and innovative thinking, the factory successfully overcame difficulties and revitalized itself.

1987

In 1987, the factory was recognized with provincial awards for its reliance on technological progress and innovation, marking a significant enhancement in its technological capabilities.

1988

In 1988, the factory adhered to the principles of integrity and quality, which led to widespread popularity of its products and an increase in production to 10,000 tons, achieving a notable expansion in scale.

1990

In 1990, the factory underwent mergers and acquisitions, leading to a leapfrog development and a breakthrough in production capacity to 30,000 tons, laying a solid foundation for further growth.

1995

In 1995, the introduction of an advanced thermal oil heating system significantly increased production capacity to 50,000 tons.

1999

In 1999, the factory launched high-value-added new products such as nitrocellulose paints and emulsion paints, and obtained ISO9001:2000 certification, demonstrating its commitment to product quality and environmental protection.

2002

In 2002, the factory developed environmentally friendly tableware coatings, further enhancing its market competitiveness.

2005

In 2005, the factory revamped its "Wolong" series products, presenting a fresh image to the market and enhancing brand influence. Between 2007 and 2008, the factory successfully introduced new products such as industrial paints and road marking paints, expanding its product line.

2010

From 2010 to 2011, the factory underwent a corporate transformation and restructuring, establishing "Nanyang Wolong Paints Co., Ltd.", laying the foundation for modern management practices.

2012

From 2012 to 2014, the factory completed a technological upgrade of its production workshops, increasing annual production capacity to 100,000 tons, with a significant improvement in product quality. Additionally, a garden-style factory area was constructed, providing an ideal environment for sustainable development.

2021

In December 2021, through a strong alliance, the factory formed "New Wolong" and established "Henan Wolong Coating Technology Co., Ltd.", opening a new chapter of development.

2022

From 2022 to 2023, the factory implemented the "Relocating from City to Industrial Park" strategy, investing in the construction of a fully intelligent green central factory project in Nanyang Guanzhuang Industrial Zone, aiming to build a modern factory that is intelligent, digital, and green, demonstrating the enterprise's firm confidence and clear planning for future development.

2024

In 2024, the Company implemented a strategy of "cluster, extend the supply chain, and expand scale." On the basis of continuously merging paint enterprises such as Jiangxi Haozhen New Material Co., Ltd., Xinmi Yongsheng Paint Factory in Henan Province, Hubei Jiayu Hongyi New Material Co., Ltd., Shaanxi Jingwei Xingchen New Material Co., Ltd., and Fuzhou Xinyongfeng Chemical Co., Ltd., it also successfully merged with "Zhenping Xingbang Paint Co., Ltd.", a paint enterprise in Henan Province, further expanding the scale and strength of the enterprise. Through strong alliances, it aims to improve product quality and service levels, and also inject new vitality into the development of the coating industry.
